Worst customer service ever!. I ordered a whole pig for my engagement party to be picked up at 9:30 am this past Saturday and they didn't have one ready for me until 10:20 am, causing my whole entire party to be late and causing me embarrassment in front of all my guests. Not only that, parts of the pig were not well cooked and still looked pink. When I went in the next day to voice my concerns, the entire wait staff was unfriendly and worse yet, tried to cover up the fact that they had made a mistake and said they didn't know anything about it. At the time of pick up, one of them had admitted that they had given my order away to someone else that morning without double checking our pickup slips but when I came in the following day, they said they didn't know what happened. They also tried consoling me by telling me not to worry because "it was only your engagement party, not a wedding which is more important" Regardless of what event it was, I felt it was highly unprofessional and insulting to pass judgement on what and what isn't deemed "important". The fact of the matter is they messed up and were unwilling to apologize and rectify the situation. I repeatedly asked to talk to the manager or owner but was never allowed to do so. They said they would try calling him on the phone to talk to me but never reached him for me.

After much discussion, they begrudgingly gave me a 30 dollar refund and said they would do better next time. Trust me, there will never be a next time. I would never do business with these people again for they have no concept of customer service. They have broken my trust and unless you speak chinese, they are very unwillingly to communicate with you or hear you out. I have never had such a disappointing and insulting experience at any establishment as I did here. For anyone considering ordering pig from there....please be aware!!!

Authentic Chinese taste. For lover's of Cantonese home cooking, this a real find. Tucked in the Wing Ming mini-mall just north of Fubon, this treasure of Chinese tastes is little known but well appreciated by the few in the know. We ordered some dim sum items from the menu, had a rice casserole dish, and sauteed seasonal greens. Being Chinese, my friends and I say it's like mom's home cooking -- authentically good.
