What a disaster--go somewhere else!. One time I left with a big glob of nail polish on one of my nails, and no polish on one of my little toes. The next time they talked me into "nail gel," without explaining that it acrylic, impenetrable, and next to impossible to remove. It started lifting up around the edges in less than two days, but getting the rest of it off damaged my nails. What a waste of time and money. They don't know what they are doing, and they don't speak or understand much English, so forget trying to communicate!

Left with an inch long wound that bled profusely. THEY CUT ME! The person who did my pedicure didn't speak any English, didn't listen to me at ALL when I told her I had a broken toe I needed to only have painted and try not to touch...insteach she used that toe to pull my foot closer to her! Then she gouged me under the cuticle on my big toe and left a wound that extends all the way accross the width of my nail bed and bled profusely. She couldn't get it to stop bleeding and didn't even apologize! Three weeks later and I still have a scab on it, she cut so deeply. Then they tried to rush me out of the store so none of the other customers could see or hear what happened! DO NOT go here unless you want to leave with a wound. They have are being investigated by the Oregon Health Licensing Agency because they broke health laws and the state has taken action against them

Great massage chairs, amazing pedis, and extremely thorough. I went there on a Sunday late afternoon when the sun was out and everyone and their mom decided to get a pedicure that day. This place was recommended to me by a friend so I decided to check it out. I'm new to Portland and I miss my nail tech back home, but they were amazing. Even though they were super busy, they were efficient, got people through and didn't lie about how long it would take....normally when you walk in somewhere, just to keep your business, they will give you a time that is really not how long it will take. They were honest, told me it would take 15 minutes and I was seen in that time. The pedicure was amazing!!! They cleaned my cuticles, gave a great massage, and did a good job with the paint.

I don't miss home that much now that I have my go to nail place!!

excellent service. I have had mani-pedis at about a dozen salons in the last 3 years, and this is one of the best. The staff here is very friendly and treats men and women the same. I have been here twice for the delux pedi-mani and have never felt rushed. I highly recommend this salon to anyone who wants to walk out feeling pampered and relaxed.

Excellent service!. I have been getting waxed and manicured for several years now, in several states (and countries), and Radiance Nails has to be my favorite experience so far. These women are fantastic! Thorough, clean, and detail-oriented- you can tell they take pride in making you look fabulous. Waxing's a breeze since they're so fast, but take their time when giving pedicures/manicures-- you never feel like you got rushed out the door, or to the cash register! Their early bird special beats everyone in town, making it easy to treat yourself whatever the occasion. If you're looking for excellent and friendly service you will not be disappointed!

best price for wax! great pedicures too. This place has a great 'happy hour' on many of their services. If you make an appt. for pedicure, manicure, or wax between the hours of 9 am & 10:30 am M-F- it's 50% off! I go every 3 weeks for a pedicure and bikini wax and walk out paying $30! It's so worth it. Even though I get a bikini wax=they are very thorough and detailed. All the women are super nice and accomidating. I reccomend this place for women who like to treat themselves, but can't always spend $100 a month to do it. Can't beat $30 for a delux pedicure & wax!

Great place for bikini. I have gotten my pedicure here a lot of times and I always left happy. They charge $20 for my pedicure and also a $1 extra if i forget my nail kit . It bothers me sometimes but I get use to it($21 still is enexpensive).Recently, I got bikini line and hafl leg wax ; she did very nice and quick in about 20 minutes,It wouldn't hurt at all and I only paid $56 for everything which is reasonable.

Quick, friendly;affordable. I recently vitsited radiance nail and it was very impresses. The staff and owers are extryemely friendly. I had the most amazing pedicure by Minh! You can tell that she loves her job. She placed the warm NeckEase on my n my shoulder that can easa away pain, stiffness and tension. She gave a nice long massge and very detail on callus. I did'd want nail polish on because I had shoes on; she let me borow her flip flops so I can get nail polish on. One of the girls work there walked to my car with me and picked up the flip flops; they are so nice. It was my first visist and continue to be happy with the services
