the worst place! retard tried selling me stuff i did not even need it took 5hrs to do brakes on the front of my car.he was to busy talking to his friends.the whole time i was there only 2 cars got done.....…

I would not even give this place one star if possible. I HIGHLY recommend to stay far away from this business. They totalled my car and still have yet to pay me for it. They were 200% at fault! This was even proven in court. If you cherish your vehicle like I did I would not trust these people at all!! I wasn't even a paying customer and they did this to me. All I wanted was an inspection on my car and ended up leaving the shop without my car! Over a year later I have yet to receive any compensation what so ever for what they did.…

Do not believe positive ratings for these scu- bags. They over charged me after advertising with $88 special deal which ended up charging me over $700 with whole new brake system which they didn't do and installed left side on right side and vise versa found out by Beaverton Honda. scratch & ruin your wheel!!. I went there to get my brake pad replaced. they estimated it will be 2 hour job, when I returned it was not done until 6 hours later. even worse, they scratched my wheel alloys. The store manager; Jeff; acknowledged and admitted the damage they caused.

He told me to come back the following week after he get approval from his regional manager for the repair of the wheel.

From that point, he just wont accept my phone call. I escalated to customer service; Angela. Same thing. NO result!

I reported to BBB Oregon and they admitted the damage they caused and promised to repair my wheel but they never delivers.

BBB Oregon repeatedly reminded Brake team to follow through but no result. BBB Oregon finally put "NEGATIVE" rating for this business.…
