I had never had a tattoo before seeing Ellie so didn't know what to expect. I was so glad that I did it and to my surprise it was pain free ! Ellie did an exquisite job, exactly what I wanted and well exceeded any expectations that I had ! She is truly a master at her practice, professional and a talented artist in every way. I wake up every morning with my makeup on and can go swimming or dancing and no longer have to worry about my makeup running. I would highly recommend her to anybody and can't thank her enough for the beautiful job that she did !!!

Fabulous!. Very sweet and easy to deal with, Ellie fixed my eyebrows and I love them already. It’s only been 2 days but the shape is perfect. Professional, clean atmosphere and almost painless! Couldn’t ask for more.

Exceptional!!!. I have had full permanent makeup for over 10 years. I moved to Oregon needing a touch up, thank goodness I found Classic Permanent Makeup! I originally had my eyes and lips done by one of the best in Orange County, who like Ellie, is ACCREDITED and an instructor. I came away from Ellie with a better look and she even did my eyebrows, which weren't done before. She was right that it frames my face and brings it all together. I am very happy with the whole experience. Since I have had it done by someone else before, I think I can speak to Ellie's MASTERY of this art. She is concerned with your comfort- numbing and renumbing and making sure it is practically painless. I trusted Ellie's choice of colors on every area concerned and I am so glad I did. I love the way I look all day long without fussing or worry..... I found Ellie Frost from word of mouth after a lot of phone interviewing with extensive number of tattoo artists claiming to have skills with cosmetic tattooing. Ellie appeared to be the most skilled based on our conversation, and her recommendations and portfolio.

I wanted a perfectly symmetrical yet very subtle eyeliner applied. I am so happy I chose her! I receive many compliments from those I tell. Many that I don?t tell say I look much better. That is exactly the aesthetic I wanted to achieve. Her artistic skill and goal for perfection make her the best!

She is so talented... I look and feel much better. I had a face-lift over a year ago. The results were very natural and I receive many comments on looking much younger than my 56 years. Sadly however, I could not relax when anyone looked directly at the sides of my face (the temples) since thin pale scares still remained. Ellie Frost of Classic Permanent Makeup, was so skillful I also ask her to give me very subtle, very beautiful, natural brown permanent eye liner. It is a great convenience and I look great !!!
