Exceptional!!!. I have had full permanent makeup for over 10 years. I moved to Oregon needing a touch up, thank goodness I found Classic Permanent Makeup! I originally had my eyes and lips done by one of the best in Orange County, who like Ellie, is ACCREDITED and an instructor. I came away from Ellie with a better look and she even did my eyebrows, which weren't done before. She was right that it frames my face and brings it all together. I wanted a perfectly symmetrical yet very subtle eyeliner applied. I am so happy I chose her! I receive many compliments from those I tell. Many that I don?t tell say I look much better.
