Absolutely the worst service - 'A better plumbing company' and 'All about plumbing'. I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from 'A Better Plumbing Company'. I contacted this company to tend to some plumbing issues in regards to clogged drains. During the process, this employee asked to use my cell phone to make a call. I agreed and he walked out and disappeared in his truck for 20 minutes. At which point he walked back into the house and headed straight for the bathroom talking on my cell phone while he went to the bathroom. Two hours later, he asked if his wife could come in and use the bathroom. That was fine and everything but seemed odd that his wife was sitting in the truck for so long and then appeared out of no where. The worst part about this service though is the condition that my house was left in. There was nasty sludge stuff flung everywhere in both bathrooms and in the garage where the de-clogging took place. Literally there was toilet paper on the ground, black nastys thrown on the walls, and no consideration in keeping my house in clean shape. If I'm hiring a professional, it's my assumption that they will do a professional job from beginning to end. This was not the case at all. I highly do not recommend this company. After the job was complete, I paid him and he asked that the check be made out to 'All about plumbing' so I'm assuming that this company is just as aweful.…
