BEST DRESS STORE IN PTOWN. Found my senior prom dress here. WOW! They have so many dresses to choose from. The staff is amazing helped me try on 10 dresses and didnt complain! :)

I felt comfortable and paid a reasonable price.

Dream Dress. I was a bride at Emporio Bridal and I received the best treatment a bride could ask for!!!! They took my measurements before ordering my gown, and it fit wonderful when it arrived. I needed some alterations and was worried but the staff was very understanding and brought out this amazing alterations manager and she helped me so much!!! On my wedding day I was in my dream dress and it fit perfectly!!! Kudos to an amazing staff and alterations department!!!

Check it out. I bought my dress here and Yian was very helpful, maybe a little missing in action sometimes but good. My friend and I are both getting married this summer and were both trying on dresses. I definitely got amazing treatment. My friend instisted I try on one I had seen online and sure enough that's the one I ended up buying. Definitely a place you go for the price and experience":)

The most horrible Bridal Shop Out There!. So we went bridesmaid dress shopping back in March, found a great dress at a reasonable price with free alterations, the dressed arrived in April and "just come in a month before the wedding for alterations" we were told, that's when the good experience started and the nightmare started. We had purchased the dresses downtwon, but when we went to make alteration appointments, we discovered the downtown location had closed, (with no call to us) and to come in to the Clackamas store. WE had three dresses, two arrived the proper size, the third had a correct size tag attched to outside of the dress, but was 2 sizes smaller than the outside tag indicated (per the inside tag) So the wrong-sized dress was re-ordered as a rush and two dresses went into alterations. When the 1 re-orderd dress came in, it was discovered only ONE dress came back from alterations a week past teh promised return time (The seamstress or store also LOST the dress) amongst all of this, our names were not correct in the computer and each phone call to the store was a pain-inducing experience talking to a variety sales gal who had no clue what was going on, nor how to rectify the situation nor appeared to care. Only one named Yen was helpful. The missing dress was re-ordered, and came in the WRONG size. The wedding is in 6 days from now, and we still only have 2 bridesmaids dresses for 3 bridesmaids and a "promise the third" will be here in 2 days and we are incurring teh additional cost of a private alteration since this place has screwed up SO badly!!!

best selection for prom,bridesmaid and other homecoming dresses,excellent service. the selections are the best and service excellent and their delivery period is 1-2 weeks for dresses on order which i guess nobody else in buisenss is doing- also free alterations.
