Clothes for hipsters may be their main focus but this is also a great spot to pick up a quirky gift. Books, polaroid cameras & film, funky gadgets, mugs, t-shirts and hats.
Trendy chain that models the latest fashions and bold home decor in a colorful, vivacious atmosphere..
In Short
Straight from the funky street styles of Southern Philly, this bohemian-chic shopping mecca has evolved to offer everything from trendy men and womens clothing to vintage-y home accessories. Brands like Lux, BDG, and Free People encompass the stores' youthful, ironically humorous, and comfortable designs. While apparel is the main draw, the urban emporium also sells kitschy, retro, and downright odd knick knacks and accessories for the living room, bedroom, and kitchen as well. Each section is packed with creative arrangements to peruse while listening to a soundtrack of the staff's favorite tunes.
Small but cute. This is a cute store and is in a great location because I can get anything for my favorite store at Brideport I love Urban Outfitters and I usually go to the one on NW 23rd, but since I was lazy I decided to give the one at Bridgeport a try since it is closer to my house. Well the place did have a big selection like the one on NW 23rd and the one in Bridgeport has a small sale section. But I still like this store and do love Urban Outfitters!
good vintage-inspired clothing, VERY cool displays, gift certificates. This is not a new store.. its not as unique as it once was, before it popped up in the malls, but the product is still very unique and cool(, for women men and apartment decor.) Once I give up on a place due to bad service, It always seems to redeem itself, and I always attribute it to the mindset of a working retailer! (Ive been there.) So aside from being able to find a gift every time, for everyone on my list, under the age of 40, I enjoy going here for the environment. I usually avoid malls, but the feeling of this store is slightly different. Its a bit overpriced but the stock changes all the time and the displays are awesome- something this chain is known for. It feels like youre shopping on a piece of artwork, and your mind will be opened up, with the book selection and designer style clothing.
