Excellent Customer Service!. Between classes today I went to Great Clips for their $10 cut for students deal. Not only was it cheap, I received top notch service. My hairdresser put my jacket and bag out of the way for me, held down my shirt when I was taking off my hooded sweatshirt so I wouldn't flash the other customers, put my glasses up high on a shelf and gave me a mirror several times throughout the cut so I could assess the cut during the process. Not only that, but we actually had decent conversations throughout the entire cut! Afterwards he put in some "technical notes" on my customer profile for future cuts in case he's not there. Overall it was an excellent experience that I wasn't excpecting from a chain like Great Clips.
