THE Best boutique in Portland - Sarah Rocks!. Attention sassy Portland shoppers: Say Say is fantastic! You can find designer clothes at affordable prices and the stuff is keee-yute!!!!! Sarah and her sis, Becky are attentive, helpful and have rockin' good taste. You've gotta get there! Hurry! And did I mention they sell t-shirts that say "Portland Girl...Please recycle or we'll kick your a-double-s" ? How great is that?
