Good and cheap. Not much to say about this place. The food is good. Got the carne asada burrito and it was huge. Tasty too. They've got Jarritos on tap and also serve beer. Why not try it.

Great take out (or eat in) mexican. This quick and tasty taqueria is a favorite of ours. We always get for the enchilada plate and carne asada. Plus, we can pop into the mercado next door for something good to take home.

Cheap, almost "San Francisco Mission Style" Taquira. Coming from the bay area and the place to get the best taquira cuisine (I'm spoiled...)overall I rate this place 4 out of 5.

I ordered the Taquito plate along w/ a pastor taco! Taquitos were of 3 kinds: potato, chicken and beef. They were all tasty especially the potato but the taquitos were a little overcooked - fried too brown on the ends - so filling was dry there. Pastor was delicious but a little greasy. The refried beans were TJ style, meaning they were very creamy maybe a little milk added.

One more thing - the mercado & carniceria is right next door so you also get a bit of that authentic (though not so desirable) meat market smell & pinesol as you pass by.....

Great Mexican food in town.. If you like to eat big for cheap, this is the right place for you. Recommended plates are enchilda plate, wet burrito, and carne asada plate.

best taco's in town,and great service. as close to san deigo as it's get.food is alsway's great good place to have a burito and a beer. take out or dine in.very recommended
