Kiiinnnddaa sucks. Thank God we had a Google deal ($3 for $10 worth of goods) or else this woulda been a TOTAL wash. First of all, snooty atmosphere with indifferent employees. They poured so much syrup into my latte I could hardly taste the coffee. The baked goods were pretty terrible. I actually got a whopping baking soda chunk in my muffin...I discovered this by eating it.

Overall, not great service, not great coffee and not great pastries.

Good things, interior is cute and more spacious than the old drive-thru and the breakfast burrito was tasty. But, we won't be returning.

Long wait for coffee that's not great. Ok, so I've tried Floyd's Coffee Shop twice now and both times have had a terrible experience. The first time I was there the employees sat around talking to each other for 5 minutes rather than acknowledge my presence (I was the only customer there). The second time I had to wait for over 15 minutes for them to help two people in front of me in the drive-thru when there was no one inside the coffee shop. To top that off the mocha that I ordered tastes like weak hot chocolate...not sure if they actually put espresso in it. Also, I was going to order a pastry until I saw flies in the pastries cabinet.

Great Neighborhood Coffee shop. Great Location, great Decor, Great Staff, and well then there is the coffee and food, which are fantastic.

True, it can be busy and lines form, but the staff still does the best job they can as quickly as they can without sacrificing the product quality for time. They know the product, they know their customers, and they know good music, so if you have to wait at least you can listen to good music while in line.

This place gets really busy at certain moments so just be a bit patient when going, all coffee shops get busy, oh except the ones where all of the drinks are made by button pushing and not real Baristas, like at Floyds.

I give Floyds two thumbs up and woud give them more if I had more thumbs.

Thanks for the wake up guys! (and the treats for my dogs!)

Some advice for Floyd's:. The coffee and food are good, but I have walked out of your store countless times (and I live right next to you!). There is always a huge line with ONE barista to handle both the morning crowd and the drive through. It's frustrating to wait forever and then some guy in a car pulls up and you give your attention to him. May I suggest hiring another person, or maybe setting up a pay-it-yourself station for the brewed coffee?
