I have used Lilly @ nail perfection for years. And I would recommend her to all. I have had my nails done all over pdx and would use no one but Lilly once I found her. She does run behind on occasion but always calls to let you know in advance. She is worth the wait! She takes her time, and makes sure things are done right and that you are happy. She has added tanning beds at her new location on top of things. i haven't used the beds myself. But from what I hear they are what you would call an upgrade bed for the cost of a base bed. I will try them out myself shortly. But I am sure like the rest of her services you will be extremely happy. She is on 82nd north of stark. (right next to 82nd pipe and tobacco store.)

I have been trying to find a Nail tech since I moved here over a year ago. I've been to a lot of Nail salons and still couldn't find the right one. I'm pretty picky about me nails. It's hard to find a new person who will do as good a job as the person who used to do them. But I found Lilly at Nails Perfection and Tanning. I highly recommend Lilly. She has been doing nails for over 13 years. I'm very happy , she has a new customer. At this time she is the only nail tech in her shop. She amy fall behind in her appointments since she's the only one, but she calls to let you know. My appointment was pushed about a half hour, but that was fine with me. Parking is good, Hrs M-Sat 10-?, Salon is clean.
