I have used Lily at Nail Perfection for over ten years now. She uses great product, takes her time and really cares about the quality of her work.

I always try to make an appointment because she is usually busy and that way I make sure I can get in.

April has been helping her for a while with basic (non acrylic, solar/powder) manicures and pedicures. She is super sweet and does a good job as well.

She recently hired another girl to help her with nails.

I have tried other people when I couldn't get an appointment and I needed something now and no one else has ever been as good as Lily.

Even when I lived in Seattle I would come home twice a month to get my nails done by her.

I am moving across the country and the thing I look forward to least is finding someone new for my nails, they won't be Lily.

I am always recommending her to everyone I know. She's the best.

Once you see Lily you won't ever want or need to see anyone else again.

Best & longest lasting nails!!!! GREAT salon!. I was about to give up on acrylic nails when I read of Lily here on Citysearch. My nails used to lift and break weekly. Lily uses the higher end solar powder which makes all the difference. I've been her devoted customer for four years now.

She also has two other women who work for her and they're great too. April is my absolute favorite for a pedicure with gentle massage. But when it comes to nails, Lily is the Nail Mistress!

The salon is very clean and well maintained. They disinfect the pedicure chairs all the time. When I travel I hate going anywhere else because I know Lily and her girls Take the best care of me.

Do you dislike going to salons where they don't speak English and ignore you? Not here! They do speak Vietnamese sometimes between themselves when it comes to business stuff, but the rest of the time they'll chat with you. And they're a kind and interesting group of women.

Some of lily's customers have been coming to her for 14-15 years now. One Gal even drives up from Corvallis every couple of weeks. After this long here, I now know a lot of the other customers too.

The only issue I've ever had is that sometimes

Lily is so busy that she runs behind. What works great for us is when I do my pedicure first then my toenails have time to dry if she's running a bit late. They really Reynard to make you happy here I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Best solar nails ever!!!!. I have used Lilly @ nail perfection for years. And I would recommend her to all. I have had my nails done all over pdx and would use no one but Lilly once I found her. She does run behind on occasion but always calls to let you know in advance. She is worth the wait! She takes her time, and makes sure things are done right and that you are happy. She has added tanning beds at her new location on top of things. i haven't used the beds myself. But from what I hear they are what you would call an upgrade bed for the cost of a base bed. I will try them out myself shortly. But I am sure like the rest of her services you will be extremely happy. She is on 82nd north of stark. (right next to 82nd pipe and tobacco store.)

Best Solar and Acrylic nails that I have found in SE Portland.. I have been trying to find a Nail tech since I moved here over a year ago. I've been to a lot of Nail salons and still couldn't find the right one. I'm pretty picky about me nails. It's hard to find a new person who will do as good a job as the person who used to do them. But I found Lilly at Nails Perfection and Tanning.

I highly recommend Lilly. She has been doing nails for over 13 years. I'm very happy , she has a new customer. At this time she is the only nail tech in her shop. She amy fall behind in her appointments since she's the only one, but she calls to let you know. My appointment was pushed about a half hour, but that was fine with me. Parking is good, Hrs M-Sat 10-?, Salon is clean.
