Great store, but customer service??.
I recently visited Black Wagon to purchase a child 's birthday gift. I was looking for a specific line of books. I asked the sales gal if they carried these books. She said yes, but said they may
be all out of them. She told me she would check with someone else working to find out. So I waited to find out. The girl helping me was interrupted by someone else working there, proceeded to walk past me, did not say anything to me, and out the door??? I waited for about 5 min, but she didn't return?
There was no one else in the store, so I left.
This is such a cute store and I like to support local biz.…
my favorite portland kid's boutique. this is a great spot: support a local business that is kid-friendly, lovely, well-edited, quirky and full of great kiddo clothes - i buy fewer clothes for baby so that i can buy cooler clothes!
Excellent customer service!. I can always find something for my godson here! The designs are great...I love the sense of humor in some of the t-shirts. Plus free gift-packaging? Perfect!
Best Baby Threads in Town. Black Wagon is the meca of hipster baby clothes and creative gifts. Thanks to friends who bought out Black Wagon for my son's recent baby shower he's now the best dressed kid in town. I've also been known to frequent Black Wagon for baby showers and recently hooked my friends up with the Baby Be of Use board book series so their toddler can help contribute around the house using the helpful tips in: Baby Make Me a Drink, Baby Do My Banking and Baby Make Me Breakfast. Brilliant.…

A friend and I were shopping up and down Mississippi, and thankfully we found Black Wagon! My twins were going to a birthday party on Sunday, and the ladies at Black Wagon showed me their favorites
