The best!. "Ambiance" is a lovely salon, and Dena is the best hair dresser that has ever fixed my hair. I feel like I have new hair every visit. Not only has she formulated the perfect recipe for my hair's various needs (and they are many), she is also able to add a little something fun whenever I want. She loves her profession and is first-rate at her art. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and Ambiance salon to everyone I know!

Outstanding!!!. I have been going to Dena for a little over 2 years and LOVE how she treats my hair. I always get amazing results and incredible customer service. I highly recommend Dena and her wonderful crew at Ambiance.

Excellent!. I have been going to Dena (the owner) for years and I appreciate her professionalism as well as her meticulousness. She takes her career seriously and has always proven to do a great job! Terry is also a really good hairdresser. If Dena is not available, Terry does just as good as a job.

Best I've ever had!!. I have been going to Ambiance for several months now and wouldn't have it any other way! I see Stephanie and she does a full weave for me and haircut. She does a wonderful job and always blends what looks best on me with what I want. I never go home wondering what the heck happened :) I would highly recommend her personally along with the other staff who have always been friendly and welcoming.

Great customer service, excellent value!. I am the owner of Ambiance Salon. I never heard anything about this waxing client who was unable to get in for an eyebrow wax prior to being told about this usavory review. I KNOW my staff would not say "go somewhere else for the service". But, I happen to be the only skin tech. in the salon right now and I am expecting a baby anyday. I usually go way out of my way to accomodate, but we all have limitations. So, sorry if my availability is somewhat limited (particularly for walk in clients).

This a fairly new business, and we've only been in this location since late Oct. I believe our salon offers higher quality services at an exceptional value as do the vast majority of the clientele we provide service to. My staff and myself all come from higher end salon and spa environments and offer the same quality service for about 25% less than you can expect to pay in most spas or downtown salons.

First time clients can recieve up to $25 off their initial service and the same discount for each referral sent in. Because we do such great work this offer brings us many new clients. I hope that people can read between the lines and give us a chance to prove that our service is in fact exceptional.

They think they're classier than they are. Went in and asked for an eyebrow wax. I was told that their waxer wouldn't be in for three days. Waited and went back on the day she was back in. They said she was busy and that I "should go somewhere else" for my waxing needs!! No problem, I can find a salon with better customer service.
