Great place to save money when it comes to tipping. Don't tip if you visit this place. The owner doesn't believe in it. It's somewhat entertaining to have an owner who has a business with tipping as a prominent income for employees to not tip herself when the service rendered depends on it. BTW (owner), don't pay with your company card if you're going to be cheap.

They are amazing and definitely the best nail shop in town. I give them 5 stars well earned. Ive been there twice for a full set and a pedicure. I'm very particular with regards to my nails (acrylics especially) looking as natural as possible and they do that perfectly. They really care about customer service, all 3 of the manicurists Ive seen so far pay attention to detail. Fun energy, clean, good prices. The whole package.

Hands down (no pun intended) one of the best nail salons I have ever been to in the Vancouver area. I highly recommend this salon to anybody just there to relax and get pampered to wedding groups!

Had the absolute best services at Serenity Day Spa this afternoon. My girlfriend and I went in for a mani/pedi combo with added spa massage (an extra $10 each), and we were in mani/pedi heaven. They took the best care of me, made me feel very special and made my nails shine like stars! They also gave the utmost attention to my girl, and massaged the crap outta her legs - we were both like jelly after our services. The products they use are qua-li-TY, I never thought feet can smell so good. The owner was just lovely to the both of us, even offered us candy and water as we sat under the workers beauty spell!

We were both sad when our treatments were over, but we will definitely be back - the location, facilities, employees, and just the whole ambiance is fantastic. We look forward to returning!
