The food here is good! Always consistent. I have NEVER gotten sick or anything from this restaurant but the following still concerns me. I wish they would change their policy around this. I was wondering how come they don't wear food handling gloves (like subway) when handling the customers' food? I watched them prepare the food, touching different kinds of meats across diferent orders, using the cash register and then going back to food handling w/o gloves nor did I see any hand washing take place. The gloves are so very cheap and bring a lot of comfort to customers, especially when the food handling area is in clear view of patrons.
Pros: Great Atmosphere, Good tasting food, friendly people
Cons: employees don't use gloves when handling food

The spicy chicken was surprisingly good, was juicy & very flavorful (not the overcooked stuff most places serve). Need to check out the loco moco, heard it's awesome..
