Great results, as promised in a professional environment. I was always listening to my tennis partner about how her laser treatments made a huge difference. She always looks great but I didn't understand how laser would do it.. my husband got a treatment package for my birthday.

I scheduled a consult and was told what I wanted was possible but not a sure thing. I wanted tighter skin and a bunch of my sun spots gone. My neck line was not at all what I liked and thought surgery was required. And those sun spots!

Well, after my 3rd planned visit I now can see why laser is the cats meow. The results that Avanti said they couldn't guarantee.... they under promised and over delivered! I love them.

I can't wait to continue. No pain, no fuss. Easy relaxing offices and very pleasant professional staff.

I highly recommend them. Great consult meeting too.

Best injector in town. I can't get over how much better I look and feel. I went into Avanti feeling old and frumpy. The injector is amazing. She recommended botox and juvederm to help the wrinkles and deep folds along my mouth and nose. I swear I look 10 years younger. Everyone that sees me asks what I am doing to look so refreshed. I can't tell you how much this has helped my self esteem. Thank you so much Avanti. Joe

Horrible customer service. When you buy a package you are given so many treatments and "touch-ups". I schedule a touch up as usual and when I was all done I was told that I owed them $120! I told the owner that I should have more touch-ups allowed and she insisted I pay. I paid and then the next day made them look into it more. Turns out that they overcharged me by $75. No apology. In fact, the owner had one of the techs tell me that they would refund that part. She admitted that the person who sold me my packages is no longer there so, "who knows what she told me" when I bought the package. APPALLING SERVICE

Customer Service and NOT Pushy. I had laser hair removal on multiple areas and each staff member was supportive and comforting during the process. I'm a total wimp when it comes to pain and everyone who worked with me was patient, kind, and supportive. The only drawback from the extended treatment time was that I had to get to know a few different staff members versus having just one or two over the time period.

Overall, I highly recommend Avanti for anyone who desires a company that works at building relationships with their clients and is honest about what they can do for you.

Excellent customer service. Avanti is such a beautiful facility and has the best in customer service. Greeted warmly, offered tea, very spa-like. Great service menu. Had tons of facial and leg veins that they removed completely. Had the Velashape that I first saw on the Dr. Phil show. Lost 2 inches around my bra area. I now can wear my bra comfortably. It worked great on the back of my thighs too. Much less cellulite. Thanks Avanti...you are my hearoes.

Most professional medical spa in town. I have been to 3 medical spas now and Avanti far surpasses what I have experienced in the past. The girls who work there are so friendly and very knowledgable. My skin looks amazing. I had a laser procedure that actually tightens loose skin. I had a baby 2 years ago and have been battling the loose, yucko skin left behind. The results are incredible. I put a bikini on this summer for the first time since I got pregnant. Jan Maybee, the nurse practitioner did Botox for me and she is great. She is warm and kind and gentle. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Laser rejuvenation a waste of money. They might be great for hair removal and botox but I wasted my money on IPL treatments. I paid for several treatments up front so it wasn't so outrageously expensive. After two treatments I saw no difference. I waited a couple of months and was going to go back to finish my treatments, however now I have three very visible hypopigmentation spots about half an inch diameter each, surrounded by brown pigmentation on my cheek (they warn against this, but my skin type was supposed to be the 'perfect' candidate according to their staff). Try covering white and brown spots up with a cover stick! I wish I had never done any of the treatments. Now I shall need to see a dermatologist and see if there is anything I can do.

Excellent service, beautiful clinic. I've been a client at Avanti for almost 2 years now. I have had many treatments prior to finding Avanti and achieved little results. I always felt like I spent a ton of money and had nothing to show for it. The technicians that work here are awesome and the equipment and procedures they offer are the best. My skin has never looked better. Jan, the nurse practitioner on site is the best there is as far as Botox goes. I would not hesitate to go to this clinic if you are looking for a place to go for these medical procedures.

The Best Customer Service and Overall Experience. This is such a great facility with knowledgable, experienced professionals on staff. Laser hair removal was a breeze. The people are so friendly and offered lots of great pampering. I am looking forward to a long lasting partnership with Avanti. Thank you Corey for doing such a great job.

Professional,Personable,Honest. I have had laser treatments, Botox, Restylane, and Juvederm at Avanti. Jan is the best!! I don't swell or get bruising when she does my injections. Hillary is the laser person, and she is VERY knowledgeable about the lasers, when to use them, and when not to. The women that own and run Avanti are very honest and will tell you immediately if they think you will be wasting your money on any service that they provide. They never try to sell you more than you need, and will be honest if they think something won't look good on you or you don't need it. I highly recommend Avanti.
