Excellent dermatologist and extremely fair with charges. I had a GREAT first experience with Dr. Rich. She was everything the glowing reviews say about her - compassionate, friendly, thorough, etc. Then the bill came. There was a charge that insurance didn't cover, which, at the time she did the procedure, Dr. Rich said ought to be covered. I phoned the billing person and explained the conversation Dr. Rich and I had about it.... she called me back about an hour later and said that Dr. Rich remembered our conversation, and she agreed to write off the charge entirely. Unbelievable dermatology care! Wow!. I was so impressed by the caring attitude and professionalism of Dr. Phoebe Rich and her medical staff. I had to wait a little while but when I got my turn,. I understood why. She did not rush me through like other doctors had in the past. She was thorough, kind, sympathic and careful to listen to my entire hisory. I will never go to another dermatologist! Plus, they do research so they stay on the cutting edge of medical science. Dr. Rich's other team members, Amy, Dr. Moore, Victoria, and Shannon are wonderful and took care of me when Dr. Rich was out of town lecturing to other doctors. Dr Rich The Best Dermatologist in Portland!. Dr Rich is compassionate, takes time with her patients and offers them the latest treatments by conducting clinical research trials.
