Always professional and do GREAT work.. I went to Climate Control for the first time 7 years ago. I needed an air conditioner for a rental unit. They were so thorough in checking every aspect of my home, that unlike most of the units the builder had installed, the one they recommended actually cooled the house! Then when I bought my next home I called them and had them install the air conditioning unit AND informed them the house had a terrible problem keeping the upstairs warm in winter and cool in the summer. They fixed that problem by repositioning the heating controller downstairs and added a separate cooling controller upstairs where there is the most heat and needs the most cooling. They installed a new furnace in my next house with a "home comfort zone" system as there was no other way to get the bedroom upstairs cool. We saved around 57% in heating costs by doing this! We only heated or cooled the rooms we lived in! I loved it. Now we have moved again, and we are considering using them again for the home comfort zone. They do great work, offer great advise and the service people are polite, professional and clean! I would recommend them to my best friends, which I have done on numerous occasions!

OK but pushed us to buy new furnace. I suppose that Climate Control is fairly typical in the furnace repair business, They came quickly enough when our furnace broke, and told us that it had to be replaced. Then they offered us a list of new furnaces which they could install. The inspection and analysis cost a little less than $100.

But a second furnace guy we asked for a second opinion said it could be repaired, and did so in an hour or so. And charged us less!

I don't know that Climate Control did anything wrong; they just seemed to come to the expensive conclusion faster than the other guy, and charged us for their opinion.
