Briles / Parks Run a Friendly, Professional Office.. okay, lets just say that you don't..ahem..floss as much as you should. These Docs are diplomatic in their gentle prodding. They come across just like the family doctor. And they have great attention to detail - I even like chapstick freebies.

I love going to this dentist!. I start my day twice a year with a good teeth cleaning. The fact that the office is open by 7 am gives me a great chance to be to work on time even after my visit. The staff has always been friendly and as professional as I expect. Having been with them for many years there have been times when my regular hygenist has had to cancel but someone else has always been there to pick up the slack. Since my insurance will only pay for preventive cleaning every sixth months, the front desk always makes sure my appointment is exactly 6 months and one day into the future. I drive 45 minutes into Portland just so I can stay with this team of professionals. When major work does need to be done there is never any pressure to do the minor things at the same time. For me, the reminder cards and phone call are a God send to my busy schedule. To the staff at Bridgeview, I am not just a patient but they make me feel like a friend. Their equipment is really cool, too. Being old enough to remember "swish and drool" into the porcelain bowl, I am amazed at the new technology and the video pictures of my teeth. (My school kids think the pictures are "gross" in a good way.)

Bridgeview Dental has always fsatisfied our dental needs.

not a great office. This place was like a big money mill. The first thing they wanted to do was to remove all my fillings and put it new ones! "You've got great insurance," they said. When I told them that I had not been working lately and wasn't sure about paying for something I clearly didn't need, 'the Closer' said "You mean you might lose your insurance?!" My new best friend did a 180. I was out of there ASAP.

WOW!!!. I just left my first visit at Bridgeview and all I can say is WOW!!! They sent paper work to me in the mail (expected at a first visit) so all I did was check in and was almost immediately taken back by the staff. I had been wondering why my first appointment was scheduled for 2 hours and now I know! My hygienist spent the better part of the first hour taking records and showing me PHOTOS of some of my teeth (I must admit it was both cool and creepy at the same time...). She then spent time educating me about things she saw in MY mouth and explaining some of the newest research and technology BEFORE she even started cleaning my teeth! I felt like her focus and attention were on ME for the entire visit (greatly appreciated). Then Dr. Stu came in and we developed a long term plan to get my mouth into its healthiest state. I'm not independently wealthy so I was expecting the worst. Imagine my surprise when the office manager, Sharon, presented me with a breakdown of the treatment I would need to do immediately along with an estimate of what my future treatment would likely cost. She even knew what my insurance company is likely to pay!! I'm a bit more nervous about seeing the Dr. for treatment (even though he was really nice) and Sharon explained that pre-sedation before treatment is an option but I would need to get a ride. I just might have to do that...All in all a great experience! I also found out that I can get a $25 credit to my account for anyone I might refer to their wonderful office and I think that person gets a credit too!! Looks like I'll be telling everyone about Bridgeview!!

Wonderful service, friendly and happy, great view. Last month was my first time as a new patient here and I am very happy with the service I received. I got an appointment right away unlike other doctors I've called. Everyone was so friendly and really made me feel welcome. They explained everything that they were doing and what I needed to get done in detail so I would understand. They had my insurance information ready for me when I checked out. I had to get some fillings done, but didn't want to cause I have a little fear of needles, but made the appointment anyway. Let me just tell you...I didn't feel a thing! They used composite not amalgam so no one would see all these silver fillings in my mouth. I will be going back in a few weeks and for once I can say that I'm quite happy to go back to the dentist.
