Friendliest little club around. This place is tiny. I've never seen more than 3 dancers working at the same time. They aren't exactly knockouts, but they ARE very friendly. They aren't just money grubbing either! You can tell that most of them actually like their job there, though they clearly aren't getting rich. The drinks are always extra strong. I haven't tried the food and once you go there, you'll probably feel the same. I like this little dive. Pool tables, good DJs, sweet bartenders and chatty dancers.
Needs more Tasia!.
I have driven past this joint many times. Driven by on my way to the U-Haul place. Driven by on my way to Fred Meyer (You'll find it at Freddy's, the My-T-Fine Store). Driven by it on my way to Arby's (yes, I am a connoisseur of cheap, luke-warm roast beef sandwiches, I admit it.).
Many times I had wondered about the ever-changing messages on the marquee sign outside.
Finally, after three years in the wilds of Lake Oswego, last Sunday I made my way to the front door.
I showed up Sunday night around 9:00PM. Inside I found a mix of what I assume to be ?regulars? and was immediately on edge feeling I might be the only nOOb in the joint. The one person immediately recognizable as an outsider.
My fears were quickly allayed when I met the bartender, Tasia. I fear it may be taken for hyperbole when I say this, but the lady is kind of a Goddess. Beautiful, Intelligent, Funny, Kind (to nOOb drinkers in the joint) and charming. I was, honestly more interested in chatting with her or just watching her work than I was in turning from the bar to watch the women who were kind enough to be disrobing behind in the pit-like stage area.
For me the tone of any bar experience is set by my interactions with the tender of bar. This one was quite enjoyable. I?m not sure if I owe Tasia just for the drinks, or for a bit of therapy and fitness advice as well. Very cool lady.
I spent several hours there Sunday night and had a swell time. The drinks were reasonably priced, the regulars were friendly and engaging, as were the dancers when they go off stage and sat next to me at the bar for a chat, and? did I mention Tasia?
I?m just sayin?.
I dunno her schedule, but I believe she is there Saturday and Sunday nights. Do yourself a favor a drop in. I will be doing the same next Sunday.
Very friendly staff!. For a small neighborhood bar, this one is not bad. All the employees and customers were friendly and we felt like regulars right away. Poor food selection, but great drink.
