Great Staff Food and Drink.
Wonderful service, I was just in to relax for a bit after work and there was a great scene going on for the business social type.
I had this amazing tom yum infused vodka made into a martini with cucumber, cilantro, and a a few other things. Great spicy drink! Bartenders are extremely knowledgable as well, as a question they will have an answer, i was impressed. If you are by yourself sit at the bar, seems to be a great place to bring a party or date as well. There is a back area with a large wrap around booth where people sat. The bartender said they also use it for private events for businesses or social groups.
All in all, pleasantly surprised this little joint had so much to offer.
Perfect Place to Start the Night.
I found this place on the corner of stark and broadway when I was staying in town. It had the perfect Happy Hour I just loved it. The chicken wings were awesome, I also ordered a flatbread with spicy chicken that was great, and the noodle bowl. This place has a great variety and classy look to it. The drinks were all fresh and strong they made me a blueberry cosmo, which has real blueberries mashed and shaken, fun to watch.
This place is my new spot before I head out on the town!
Wonderful! A must see!.
I finally checked this spot out, really excited about what's going on at this lounge. I showed up around 6:30 just in time for the end of happy hour and enjoyed some wonderful baby back ribs and a california roll. The menu there has a wonderful variety of different pan-asian/american items. Great for bringing groups or business meetings in to meet different disires.
The service was very great, I described certain drinks that I wanted with flavor, and they put together exactly what i wanted with fresh squeezed juices.
Amazingly, price points were very fair, it seemed as if they really understand the market and what it takes to keep a costumer these days.
As I left a manager told me about certain events they were planning everyday of the week and invited myself and co-workers for a hosted party for their new menu release. Overall, impressed with whats going on. A professional place with great service and attitude. My new spot Thursday nights for a free Message with my cocktail :)
Best After-Work Spot in the Area. This place has a cool vibe and some of the best happy hour small-plate stuff in town. Drinks are reasonable, staff is good. One of the best spots in the Broadway/Washington area of downtown for after work!
Wonderful Experience. I just planned a party for my husband's birthday at Bo and they were fantastic to work with. They let me rent out the entire bar for a Friday evening and were extremely flexible when creating the menu and decorations for the event. Everyone at the party was super impressed with the service, food and drinks! I would highly recommend this location.
Horrible Service. Went here last Saturday night with a group of 7 people. Atmosphere is hip and trendy, was semi busy, but not out of control. Drinks were good, but the service was horrendous! We sat in the back room - where we sat for nearly 10 minutes until the waitress showed up, with menus. She came back and took our drink order after another leisurely break, and we waited 20 minutes for our drinks to actually show up - and then our waitress NEVER appeared again. We were here an hour and half and had one drink. It was terrible. We had to tell another waiter we were ready to go, and the waitress had the nerve to tack on the automatic 18% because it was more than 6 people. Then, even though we clearly marked which amounts went on which cards (only 3 cards), they were totally screwed up. We complained to another waiter and he couldn't have cared less. Meanwhile, the large party of hipsters next to us was getting great service. They ate food and had several rounds of drinks while we sat and fumed. Go somewhere else.
Nice ambiance, but terrible service. The drinks are good and the ambiance is very hip, however, they are employing quite possibly the worst server in town. He almost brawled with the bartender when our group was there; he repeatedly swore (even in front of our parents); he refused to let us pay for drinks individually and we had to put it on a group tab; he kept calling everyone "bro" and he was generally just extremely rude. I would avoid this place and try another bar instead.
Bo food okay, but service bombed.
We had dinner at Bo Restobar with high expectations because we love the Hotel Lucia and one would think their lobby bar would measure the same luxury and service. Not so much.
The server appeared fairly quickly for our order, brought drinks and we ordered several small plates. We had the Sun Dried Beef, the Thai Sashimi, Tuna Tartar and the Koreadilla. The food was timely, presented well and though more spicy than we thought, very good. since it was so spicy, we hoped to order some kind of sorbet, or cool dessert at the end. The server never returned! they didn't check on us, see if our food was all right, or if we wanted another glass of wine, didn't refill our water. in fact, we never saw any of them again! ultimately my partner had to go up to the bar to pay. We won't be back, since we do expect to at least be able to get more water and we would have liked to order something else, which we let them know up front. Too bad. Could have been so much better. Oh andf the Tuna Tartar was not good (too fishy), though the rest of the plates were fine.
Excellent Happy Hour food!!. Nice ambience! Had my Birthday bash here, there were around 15 of us that were comfortably seated together. Great times, great servers, good food & cocktails! Visit them for Happy Hour EVERYDAY from 9-11pm!!
Ya gotta try it!.
I went with 2 of my friends to this little 'Restobar' and we all loved it! Terrific food, great service, laid-back and cozy atmosphere while still very hip and contemprary. I think a highlight is the ***AMAZING*** liquor choices! They have a few bottles I haven't seen anywhere else in the city. Some of the choices are quite spendy, but ya gotta ask for their flights menu and you can taste international and rare liquors for $15! I loved it our waiter Chris, he was so sweet, while professional and attentive.
Can't wait to go back and try more of the food choices, they have a bunch of really creative fusion food!
