Super great massage and very reasonable rates. It felt so great to get a massage by Aradia. She's very strong and present. Love the space and location, too. What a treat! Wish I could go everyday!

Alberta Massage. I live in the area, and love the convenience of having an excellent masseuse close by. After all what is the benefit of living in an amazing area like the Alberta Arts District if you are not enjoying the fruits of neighborhood. The space that Aaradia Willow has created at Body Aware Massage is both calming and relaxing. I enjoyed my time there and would recommend this place to anyone.

Absolutely The Best. Real body magic. Aradia Willow is fantastic! Since I've been seeing her my arthritis is managed without pain medication. This is a super relaxing and healing experience.

Aradia is a Healer. I've been getting massage for 30 years now...and I think Aradia is the best I've experienced. Her personal manner, the environment she's created, and her reasonable fees all just add on to the most important factor: Aradia has a keen ability to both produce deep relaxation and healing at the same time. A terrific gift.

Aradia Willow is magical!. I've been receiving massages from Aradia Willow for about 5 years now (fun fact: she was the youngest therapist ever to be licensed in Oregon). I've seen a dozen plus massage therapists over the years, and Aradia is hands down the best. She has an uncanny ability to find the roots of your tension, which she massages out with firm but sensitive hands, able to apply pressure where it's needed, but never going too far. And her use of hot stones is expert and unique, as far as I've found. First she uses the smooth hot stones as tools to work out the knots, and then she leaves the stones over points of tension, their heat further melting the tension, as she turns to other parts of the body. She's the only therapist I've found who can truly untangle the maze of knots that builds in my shoulders and upper back from too many hours hunched over the computer.

I've recommended Aradia to all my family members and a number of friends (her gift certificates are my default birthday/christmas present), and all have sung her praise and become regular clients, including a chiropractor and a naturopath. I've been delighted to see her move into the tranquil beauty of her own space at Body Aware, but I'd follow her wherever she went. I can't endorse Aradia enough. Her hands work magic!

Best Massage in Portland. Aradia Willow is an incredible therapist. I have received many massages over the years, some good and some not so good. When I first started working with Aradia I knew that I'd found a really gifted professional.. I was amazed at how much better I felt after just the first session, I had been seeing a chiropractor 2x a week for a lower back injury and had some massage but it didn't compare. Aradia is a real body worker. I followed her from previous location at another massage center, and it's good to see her out on her own at this new location. Not to mention it's closer to my house! I highly recommend Aradia and Body Aware to anyone looking for a real quality massage.

GREAT MASSAGES. The massages at Body Aware are down right amazing. Aradia gives one of the most total body healing experiences that you could ask for from a massage. I left there feeling very relaxed, pain free, and that the beginning of my healing had just begun. This is the kind of place that you will want to go back to time and time again. Now that I know how good the massages are and have found this studio I am not going to look any further. A plus plus.

Best Massage in Town!. Cecily is one of the best massage therapists that I've ever had work done by. I have a recurring problematic shoulder and she knows how to really get in there and take care of the trouble spots. Her deep tissue massage is great- I leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. Cecily is professional, knowledgeable, really cares about her work and it shows. The location is great - right above a tea shop, and the atmophere in the studio is pleasant and inviting.
