This is a perfect place to get a short workout in or stay all day. It is never busy and women never feel awkward. The space is beautifully clean, the staff is fabulous and all the machines are made for women. (Smaller reach, weight incriments by 5 pounds instead of 20 ) Each cardio machine has its own flat screen tv, dvd, and Comcast on Demand. They haven't skimped on anything here. I love how peaceful it makes me feel. No sweaty men competing for attention. A full dance floor with a large dvd player to do your own pilates or other workout DVD. One negative aspect: Weekend hours are very minimal. (When I really want to work out!) Closes early too @8:00 p.m. - TOO EARLYi

Pros: Having the gym to yourself due to limited membership.. very peaceful

Cons: Hours (too short)

After working out and relaxing in the steam room, or using the Swiss shower, I feel like I've just received a full hour of pampering..much different from how I used to feel after a trip to my old gym! I've never had to wait to use the treadmill, and in the middle of the day there is rarely anyone using the gym at all. No boys allowed means that I don't care how I look when I work out, or if my pantylines are showing. I can use the hula hoops and shake my booty on the aerobic floor without worrying about attracting unwanted attention. The staff know me by name and there are no pushy gym salesmen that I have to constantly dodge. I feel like a princess here!

Pros: Brand new equipment, stunning facilities, individual attention, great prices

Cons: If you feed off of other peoples energy in a mega gym, this is not for you because of limited membership
