Best Buy Was Awful!!!. The single worst experience in returns and repairs I have ever seen. Terrible experience even when I purchased their "black tie" service contract. Their service contract was a complete waste of money, lost track of my camera for 2 weeks (still haven't gotten it back although they have said that they have found it) and turned a 2 week repair into over a month at this point. Absolutely will be buying from Amazon, Fry's, or a local retailer from here on out.

This Place Sucks. I went into Best Buy Saturday afternoon fully prepared to buy a new lap top for my family cash in hand. I wondered through the lap top area for a good 10 minutes while a bunch of sales guys leaned against the diplay to which laptop's were on display, I literally had to ask politley say excuse me to make them move so I could look. Not one person in that area asked me if I had any questions they just spoke about there weekend. I then went up front and asked a store clerk who was very kind if the guys work on commission there (I already knew the answer) she said no, I said I could tell. She then called this ditsy young blond AKA "The manager" so I could tell here what happened and the manager did not even apologize or any thing just made me feel like I was annoying. So they now have forever lost my business and anyone I come into contact with.

Watch out for the mean pregnant girl!!. I got a camera as a gift, and opened it to check it out. The camera was around 300bucks but not the one for me. I wanted a different one. Went to exchange it, but found that I had to purchase a more expensive camera in order to exchange it. I also had to pay a restocking fee. This is weird. But whatever,

If you see the girl that's pregnant, run she is mean! I understand BB is her 2nd job from overhearing her complain, but i really shouldn't know that she's only working there for extra xmas money. She should keep that to herself.

Great store!. This place is great! they are always very helpful and have great deals on laptops and cell phones. They also have a good selection of new release movies, thank you best buy!

BEST BUY ,BAD SERVICE. i have been going to best buy for the past few years at the airport way location but i live in troutdale or. when they finally opened a location in gresham i was excited due to the fact it was so close to home . when i had gone to the gresham location for the first time i was so disappointed with the horrible customer service and lack of knowledge of the products they are selling ,but i let it go thinking it was just a bad day .a few weeks later i returned to gresham best buy again and purchased a camera for a friend as a gift ,within a week and a half the camera started to malfunction so i returned it for exchange and because my reciept was one day past the return policy time they didnt want to do anything about it . i asked the gentleman behind the counter if he had this happen to him would he be happy ,his reply was "well sir i was going to help you out with this, but since you have an attitude now i wont". i said nothing and decided to go to the air port way location and within 5 minutes of being there and explaining my situation the lady behind the counter smiled and said "no problem sir ,i would be more than happy to help you with this and i hope you will continue to shop at best buy". i replied with " i love best buy and i will continue to shop here but only here not at the gresham location" . gresham location should really be trained that best buy doesnt mean bad customer service. i will say this ,the prices and wide selection of all items is nice but no one should be made to feel that good customer service is a favor givin to customers ,it should be a standard.
