Carnaval is a great place to go if your not into the drinking mood or being around it. The girls are decent, but you must see Scarlett! She is the most hottest babe I have ever met. Her smile and smokin' body is worth the trip inside. For some extra dough, take a walk back into one of the private rooms for an awesome one-on-one dance from her! A++++.
