Wonderful Beyond Words. "Facials by Andrea" doesn't begin to describe the extensive range of services Andrea offers when you go in for a face treatment. Her salon is always calm, inviting, and serene. She is professional, gentle, kind, warm, and loving, and is more passionate about healing skin than anyone I've ever met. I was referred to Andrea by someone who called her the "Skin Whisperer", and in the one year since I became Andrea's client, my skin has made a complete 180 degree turn around. I tried antibiotics, birth control, and more topical creams than I care to admit, but absolutely nothing worked as well as the techniques taught to me by Andrea, or the products offered by her. Would not recommend to anyone. I have to disagree with the five stars listed. I give this place a 1. I believe I was the last customer of the day which may have been the reason I did not receive the full service facial that I paid for. I had medical issues a month earlier all stress related, and was looking forward to a nice, relaxing facial. What I received was only a partial facial, not what I paid for. I did not receive the exfoliation nor did i receive the warm mit treatment, which I was totally looking forward to. Amazing skin care specialist. I have been seeing Andrea for over 7 years now and I wish I had pictures of before and after of my face so you cold see the difference Andrea has made to my skin.
