Jeffrey is the world's best bartender!. This is a great cozy bar in Sellwood. We used to stop in before Sushi at Saburo's but now we often just stay and grab a burger. We love the feeling of this place. It is my husband's and my date night and we travel 25 min. to get there. I am a super believer in walking everywhere but this is my exception!

The regular bartender rocks!. I just want to say "thank you" to the guy who regularly bartends here in the evenings. He is always so nice and gives great service. That is apparently rare these days - thank you!

Wonderful Neighborhood Pub. Kay's has an excellent menu and a great friendly staff. Good spot for live music too...If you are in the Sellwood area...this is a classic and it is worth checking out. Great spot to catch NFL or college games too...they have new plasma TV's and serve breakfast on the weekends. I'd definitely go back again!!

Kay's is great!. Had a drink at Kay's while waiting for sushi. We had an extremely friendly server who was prompt and courteous. This may become my favorite bar in the SE.

Best Nonsmoking Bar in Sellwood. A quick drive from Vancouver takes you to a nice nonsmoking bar with live music and a great menu. My friends and I love to sit and visit, drink a few cocktails and listen to the music or join the trivia game hosted by the bartender. Especially fun is the open mic night on Wednesdays. If youre looking for a great nonsmoking bar Kays is the place to go.

Food doesn't need beer goggles.. This is THE place for my wife and I to go when we want drinks with our food. The service is always friendly abiet a little too careful (I had to go home and get my wifes' ID and she's 30), and the prices for both food and well drinks are reasonable. THe lighting inside, like most bars, is dark, and it spells romance to me. If you like a resonably priced Bar and Grill, this is for you. Believe it or not, the person who recommended this to us was my mother, who had her 21st birthday party here back in 1966. Try the reuben sandwich.
