Great Massage at Bridgeport. I got out of work a little early and treated myself to a massage. The experience was fantastic. I was greeted immediately as I came through the door. Since this was the first time there, the massage therapist explained the routine and what to expect. I loved the relaxing atmosphere, music, cascading water sounds. The small touches like the warmed table, hot pack on my neck and warm towels on my feet sets this business apart from others I’ve been to. They really do a nice job. Groupon Explained. The Groupon offer very clearly stated the following: "Valid toward regularly priced treatments and services. Not valid with other offers." Our price on the service you received is competitive and you had a physician perform your service, not a medical assistant or esthetician. Our regular price for that service has not changed since 2007 and is printed in our menus as such.

We regret that you were not pleased with your experience and, while the majority of our clients find our facility both comfortable and friendly, we are not the right fit for everyone. We wish you all the best.…

I won't return. Will not return! The office didn't really have a comfortable "feel" and I didn't find the staff to be very friendly at all. Lastly but most importantly, I used a groupon and even though they were running a special, they said, "we have to charge you full price since you are using a Groupon"...nice! Too bad for me full price meant a whopping 50% price increase!! This information was delivered to me after my service. The price for the service I received seemed very much inflated and I am quite sure it was, after checking around at other Med spas and from my own personal experience a 50% increase??. So they are running a little scam in my opinion. Sell a groupon but still get the customer's money by increasing the price to something ridiculous, what are you going to say , your using a coupon, right?

Too bad for them because they lost what could have been a very good customer, who likes to spread the word.…
