No one available to provide info on the phone.
When calling to ask if a particular model of television was available, the young woman at the desk did her best to assist me. After waiting several minutes I was told that the home theater salesperson was with a customer. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told that they were also with customers. This was at 10:30 on a Thursday morning, a time one would expect to be able to confirm whether the TV model was in stock.
My husband is now driving 10 miles to ask in person whether the tv is available to purchase. Poor cusomer service, in my opinion!!
