I feel like I have found heaven on earth! Fantastic Chia, she truly fantastic. When you walk in the door you are welcomed into a space devoid of mirrors, who knew how distracting they were until they are missing. Chia has great technique with out being too yogi, and i love her use of essential oils. The class is different every visit as are the students. This is not your typical yoga studio, it's a fitness studio with yoga. I haven't tried the personal trainer yet, but hope to in a few months. Until then I will see Chia as frequently as I can.

Miss Fit is the most practical, amazing workout situation I've ever experienced. Susanne (the owner and heart behind the concept) is a fitness McGuyver. She can put together a kick-ass workout with nothing more than a rubber tube and a bench. The only “workout” equipment I've used has been a rowing machine, an exercise ball, and a medicine ball. Everything I do at Miss Fit, I can recreate at home. Susanne has even helped me make everyday activities into mini-workouts (gardening, swinging my kids at the park). I've only been with them for about 6 weeks and I'm feeling more toned, flexible and strong. I weigh less and look better than I have since well before I had my first child. As for the other players; Chia is a yoga goddess. She is so positive and energetic (but not hyper), that it's impossible not to feel great after her classes. She is the first yoga teacher that has given me feedback that was precise enough to help me feel like I was doing things correctly, but not so precise that I felt distracted. It's all about flow. And the little snippets of Thai massage she treats us with during our poses are delicious! Now for Dr. Rupert. He is the coach of a local high school tack team and a German master athlete who somehow got me to run 5 laps around the Benson High school track as a “warm up” prior to doing about 20 sprints (“Ve are just going to run until it is easiah to run zan to stop”). I haven't run that far without stopping in about 25 years and it felt great! Okay, that's a lie. My legs hurt like hell, but it felt great mentally. It was an amazing workout and he was kind enough to share his tasty, secret recipe fruit smoothie with me afterwards. Clearly, I could go on for much longer about how wonderful Miss Fit is (have I mentioned the great shower, the “my home is your home” vibe, and the fact that everyone is actually nice?), but you should just do yourself a BIG favor and check it out on your own.

Pros: Very personalized workouts and a great team of players. They make me work.

Cons: They make me work!
