A pleasant surprise!

Mitch Stanley is the epitome of a great contractor.

My husband and I had a very negative experience with the contractor that remodeled our kitchen. Needless to say, when we needed our entryway and bathroom remodeled we were extremely cautious as to the contractor we chose to work with. I can't say enough positive things about Mitch and his crew. There wasn't one day that he didn't stick to the schedule. We knew what to expect and when to expect it! Everything went like clockwork.

He has a great reputation with the Lake Oswego permits bureau because he follows all of the rules!! This man is a credit to his profession.

My husband and I want to remodel something else just because it was so much fun designing and working with Mitch and Arlene.

Thank you Mitch for making our home beautiful. I love my new bathroom. You really did a fabulous job.

Hhhhmmm, what can I remodel now???

Lots of promises, little delivery

They did my "3-week" deign project in 3 months without even once apologizing. I asked for many things in the design which MItch bluntly ignored, then it turns out when I went in for permits, several of his boundary codes were incorrect. Where this guy gets his information, I have no clue, he does no research or homework and certainly does not listen to the client. He also gave me a bid which exceeded other bids for my addition by over 100k, then got mad when I denied him and refused to finish the design part of his contract.
