Consistent quality. I have been using this salon before it changed names/owners, first as Desert Sun, and then as Palm Beach, and have been pleased with both. I was worried, as others mentioned, that the new company may be worse, but so far it's been great. The staff there makes a point to know clients by name & seem to be genuinely friendly. The beds are always clean, almost always available, and the salon is always presentable. They have reasonably priced packages, and although I was dubious of having it auto-debit every month, I actually love it! I find I tan more when I know I'm paying for it, which is what I wanted to do anyway! I've recommended friends there and they've also had a good experience. Keep up the good work!

They will not refund my money. The manager at the Hillsboro location quietly told me to get my money back. She was looking for another job. I think this business might be having financial problems. I can not recomend this business or the business they are changing there name to.

Financial problems,name change, be careful. Every time a business has financial problems they change there name as a last ditch effort to avoid bankruptcy. Be careful and ask for your money back!

My friend was turned down when she asked for her money back and the girl behind the counter was not sure if they will be open for business next week.

Great staff, friendly and helpful. Will definetly send friends to this place.. I talked with the owner of this Desert Sun and she was more helpful than any other tanning salon I talked to that day. She recomended the right things at a great price. This salon will be getting my business for sure.
