Professional and Dependable. I have been with Mike Ferguson's State Farm agency for 19 years. I have come to depend on the high level of service when either submitting a claim or asking for a quote on a new policy. He explained our coverage and showed us our options. We recently switched car insurance and Mike Ferguson was extremely helpful. He presented us with our different options, explained the different coverages, and most importantly, gave us a great price! Everyone in the office was extremely nice and professonal
