Only the best!. I first went to Core Elements for my then 4 week old daughter. She needed an adjustment after birth, and we were having trouble with breastfeeding. My lactation consultant suggested we get Craniosacral Therapy. We met with Arah, who by the way is the sweetest, most gentle and loving chiropractor I have ever met, and after one adjustment and Cranio session, my little one had amazing improvement. We did at one more treatment, and it was like night and day! Amazing. I too became a patient seeing Doctors Arah and Shane McLaughlin both for my TMJ, Back pain and then later for an old sports injury on my ankle. I always received the best, most up-to-date treatment, and feel SO good, both physically and mentally when I leave. Hip pain is gone. I had a fall a few years back and I have had hip pain ever since. It didn't stop me from working but it never seemed to go away. A coworker told me about Dr. Shane McLaughlin and I decided to try a chiropractor.

This was my first time seeing a chiropractor and I was impressed. Dr. Shane took his time with me and I feel a lot better.

Great Service, Great People. This was my first emperience with chiropractic care and I'm so amazed with it. I have heard lots of stories about chiropractic and I had to try it myself. I had been suffering with migraines for years and after the first adjustment my headaches were almost gone. I just wish I would have gone years ago. I still can't believe I don't have to live in fear of the next bad migraine.
