WALK ON BY!. We traveled from Vancouver to the Alberta "Cork"store because we learned about chocolates they carried on their website. We were shopping for something special for a close friends birthday. We bought several specialty chocolate bars. The night we gave our friend the chocolate she opened the first one and found it looked and tasted very old. When we examined the bars closer we found expiration dates that were as much as 6 months old. The next weekend we attempted to return the bars and were told tough luck, we were told the bars were on sale and their return policy did not allow us to return them. The sales clerk called the owner twice and was unable to resolve our request for a refund, store credit or other product exchange. So much for customer service ! We always try to shop and support small local business in lieu of big chains but we will never return here!!!!
