worst customer service!!!!. I recently set up a month to month account there. I had wanted to get a tan before I left on vacation. They talked me in to a month to month and I soon realized that i was not going and losing $30 something a month on nothing. (which entirly my own fault). So I call to cancel my account and they tell me I have to physically come into a store to cancel my account. Some type of scheme to get you to have to stay on your account longer if you dont have a way to get to a store promptly. So I finally get over to the store two days later to cancel. Cancel process was fine didnt take long. I go to check my bank account and the same day that they cancelled my account they conviently charged me for the next month. I called to get a refund and they say that you sign some paper that tells you that you have to cancel before the 25th of each month. The best part is that the "manager" says there is no way of refunding someone. Does he think I m retarded all you do is credit the card back and i have seen them do it in the store before. Worst buisness plan ever! I will never go back and will only give horrible reviews to all of my family and friends! when the subject of tanning comes up stay away from palm beach.

Clean place with a friendly and knowledgeable staff.. I went here about two years ago, when it was still Desert Sun, for a mystic tan. Foolishly, I did not exfoliate before hand, and ended up looking like a giraffe the next day. I went back in, and they said I could have 5 free mystic tans. That Christmas, my mom gave me 35 free tans. Until now, I had just been using tanning lotion and spray at home. Today was the first time I had been in there in around two years. I asked if I was still in the system. I was, and I found out that all my free tans were still good. I decided to do a medium Gold bed for 8 minutes. It was my first time in a bed, so I was a bit nervous. Everything ended up going very well, and I was so surprised by how friendly and knowledgeable the staff was, how clean it was, and the vast selection and intensity of beds to choose from. I'm definitely coming back there to use up all those free tans!
