Bellagios Pizza - East Vancouver/Camas

After reading the other review, I am sorry they had such a bad experience, but it must have been an isolated incident, as my experience was wonderful. The hospitality the staff showed, namely "jason" the assistant manager, was incredible. My husband visited the Vancouver area on business with fellow employees from Georgia Pacific Coosbay. Bellagio turned what could have been a terrible trip in to a great experience. I have never written a review before, but I just had to let people know that the people a the Vancouver/Camas location go above and beyond to deliver good service, not to mention outstanding food. My husband and his co-workers will be enjoying the wonderful pizza again on wednesday, and hopefully many more times. I recommend the location to anyone.

Horrible/Abusive customer service!!

Wrote a glowing review last night and also recommended the taco pizza come back...I just erased that review and am replacing it with this review...After receiving my order I placed last night, it was wrong...thinking I've had excellent customer service previously from this location, I called to let them know. Got a "Johnathon" on the phone. Supposedly a "manager" Attempted to tell him I received the wrong pizza and was immediatly interrupted with Mam! Mam! Mam! Also was interrogated about the pizza toppings 3-4 times during the conversation. Was hung up on..called back and was livid! Asked him how old he was since his behavior was so juvinile and bizzare, he responded, "25...how old are you, two?" WOW!!! I Wanted to know the owners name and he refused to give it to me but repeated a web site over and over again that just took me to a search engine type web page. It had nothing to do with getting the owners name. I insisted on a refund (when all I really wanted in the begining was a possible credit for my next order) and was given qualifers and demands on the refund, "You NEED to shut up then if you want a refund!"

When this bully realized I wasn't going to budge, he handed the phone over to another manager who was extremely polite. I got my refund and he also listened to my rants. He agreed that the treatment I received was unacceptable. I was able to get the name of the owner and am going to speak with him also. Unfortunatly for them I will not be ordering from this location again. Hopefully the owner will take into account that he has a a mentally unstable pizza maker working for him and while Bellagios is good pizza, its a bit on the expensive side. Given the economic climate that we're in right now, its not good to loose customers!

You'd never expect to ever get treated like this from a pizza place (or why try ordering in the first place, right?!) I mean, its pizza for crying out loud!! Its supposed to be a break from cooking in the kitchen...everyone loves pizza..your kids are happy, the husband is happy and probably the dog is happy too...meaning a nice relaxing night?!

Pros -- Seriously good pizza with gourmet type toppings but time to explore other seriously good pizza out there...and there are many that we local's can choose from while supporting the small business owner.

Cons -- Aggressvie/Abusive customer service from an unstable pizza worker named "Johnathon" and a possible dependancy on xanax (or a good merlot) to the unsuspecting customer after reporting that this particular Bellagios sent the wrong pizza. Also semi-coldish pizza by the time it gets to your door..never minded though cause I always liked eating it anyways but just thought I'd throw that in also.
