Acupuncture for Auto Accident Injuries. I recently got clipped by a car on my morning bike commute. My bike recked and my body damaged I decided to try acupuncture. Its really cool because the acupuncture helped in the healing process and all the costs were paid for by the car accident insurance. I liked working with the people at An Sen and would definitely recommend going there for injury rehabilitation. View Less … View More

It's like Magic!!!!. 3 months after hurting my shoulder I decided to go the Dr. as I could no longer deal with the pain. I was diagnosed by a very reputable Orthopedic Dr. with tendinitis in my rotator cuff. I was unable to sleep on my hurt side or even reach up to get anything out of my kitchen cabinets. He prescribed Physical Therapy twice a week for 2 months. After completing my very expensive prescription, I was almost in the same amount of pain as I was when I started, and still unable to sleep on my side or reach up to the cabinets. I discontinued the therapy. Knowing the awful pain I was in, my awesome husband surprised me with a gift certificate to An Sen thinking I should try some acupuncture treatments to see if it would help. After my very FIRST acupuncture treatment, I was able to sleep on my side that very night!!!!!!!! I was truly amazed! I was paired up with Liza, one of the newest additions to An-Sen. She is AWESOME! Every time I come in she tells me about a new article she read dealing with shoulder pain and that we are going to add something else to my treatment. She's actually thinking about me when I'm not there...how cool is that? A Dr. who really wants to heal her patients?? What a concept!!! I have seen her 6 times and cannot believe the difference she has made. My shoulder is pretty messed up and I was told (by the Orthopedist) that it could take up to a year for it to completely heal. Anyway, I'm not totally healed yet, but I am well on my way and am able to do pretty much everything without any pain at all...and that's after 6 treatments folks....NOT A YEAR! So, for those of you who have any joint pain like me and aren't sure what to do...THIS IS IT! And, I would ask for Liza...she is a true healer! View Less … View More
Best $90 spent for treatment.
I've been having a shoulder problem lately and I was convinced it was going to take weeks for the pain to subside or for the issue to even
go away. My gut told me getting acupuncture was the way to go versus seeing a chiropractor even though I've never had acupuncture before.
All I can say is WOW! I walked out of there feeling more relaxed than I have in a very long time and the sharp pain in my shoulder has already been reduced to a dull pain!! I can move it around better and it doesn't send pain down my arm anymore!!! I'm totally amazed that the treatment had same day results!! I can't wait to get back in there and get poked some more :D

Absolutely An Sen. I have never had anything but the best experiences at An Sen. Their acupuncurists (I have worked with Alysia once, and Tanya many times) are knowledgeable, patient, and skilled. Both are true healers. The receptionist is very friendly and calm, and always willing to work with my schedule and get me an appointment ASAP. I always feel comfortable and relaxed in the beautiful environment at An Sen, which is cozy without feeling cramped, and decorated with a down-to-earth yet GORGEOUS fusion of antique and modern pieces (most with an Asian flair). The walls are also beautifully painted to add mood and aid in relaxation. I always walk out feeling healed and renewed. Thank you <3 View Less … View More
