Reliable, Professional, ALWAYS on time!!

I have used Astro Limo for over a year and typically use their service at least once a month. They are always on time, even when I give very short notice! They have both dropped me of and have awaited me on incoming flights too. They are professional and polite. I highly recommend them!

Unreasonable and only call if you feel like being yelled at.

Unprofessional. Never have I been yelled at on the phone. I had made reservations for one of my best friend's bachelorette party only to have the wedding be called off a few weeks later. I called to cancel and explain my situation only to be yelled at and told that my deposit would not be refunded. Not only am I having to deal with a devastated friend, I now have to foot the bill on a limo that I have no need for. His only response was that I could use the the reservation within 30 days. Well thank you for allowing me to pay you for your un-needed services. Believe me buddy that's only to your own advantage. Might be just a bad experience but it bothered me enough to feel obligated to let fellow Portlanders know.
