After 3 hours, the plumber did not complete the job and actually left me with a bigger mess than when he began the "work." Instead of one inoperable shower, I was left with 2 inoperable showers and a huge mess to clean up. They also charged me the full $242.00 price for this "work" but I was left with a bigger problem, and a bigger mess than before! They did waive the $89 "traveling charge!" I called D & F Plumbing and the very next day, their plumber fixed my problem in 1 hour and 30 minutes! If you need a plumber, definitely call D&F Plumbing at (503) 292-0055 because they can get the job COMPLETED!

Dealt with Jack Howk, one of their contracts. Read my review of the experience on his page. If you want to keep a good reputation, put more time into who you choose to represent you. You've lost my business without ever having it.
