Although new, this place is amazing! By FAR the most experienced, knowledgable, educated staff of trainers around. They ABSOLUTELY listen to exactly what your priorites & goals are and know exactly how to set about to make it happen. The small, intimate facilities make you feel really comfortable, too. This place is the ultimate personal training experience whether you are a serious athlete or a mom looking to fit in to pre-baby jeans again. Say good-bye to big, impersonal clubs, forget random people who call themselves trainers after six months of schooling - if you have a fitness goal of any sort? This is the first stop you should make. Even if you are not exactly sure what your goal is but know you need to get moving, they will help. Excellent place for physical rehab, too. They have literally changed my life! They have several trainers, all great, but Summer is my favorite!
Pros: Personal attention, VERY highly trained owners & staff, small intimate club.
Cons: Not the conveniences of a big club, but doesn't matter in the end.
