This place ripped me off

My sister got me a gift certificate here, I went there today to redeem it and they would not honor it. They said the store was no longer called "27." This is BS because the 27 logo is on the front window, in the store and on the return policy sign by the cash register. Then they tried to tell me that even if they could honor it the t-shirt machine was broken, this is also BS because the sales rep was preparing to make my shirt when I presented the gift certificate. The manager then accused me of printing it and making a fake gift certificate. There is no due date on the certificate, there is a certificate # on it issued by a kid named Harry. The sales rep said they did not have a ledger to prove this was an authentic gift certificate. This place is bunk because they did not even try to remedy the situation, they felt that lying to me first then accusing me of printing up fake gift certificates was the way to go. DO NOT SHOP HERE, THEY TOOK MY SISTERS MONEY (for the gift certificate) AND NOW WILL NOT REDEEM IT. I do not appreciate being lied to than accused of printing bunk gift certificates. DON'T SHOP HERE.

Great threads, hot staff.

This place is awesome. They have a ton of amazing vintage clothing, make custom t-shirts and apparel, and have some of the hottest staff in town. The prices are really good.
