I have had my nails done here a couple of time and the work was great, however on Sat. I went by to get a mani pedi as a Valentines present to myself. I was greated happily when first entered, told the guy what I wanted. so far so good. He told me to go pick out a color and he would get my foot bath ready. WOW, the water was a good temp, and he ask if I would like coffe, tea, or water. I am anxious at this point to have my pedi, it has been a while since I had one. I grabbed the controller to the chair and it did nothing, I ask the receptionist and he said Oh they are used alot, so let it run its cycle then reprogram; not the answer I was looking for, but ok, I would make the most of it. A cycle is fifteen minutes. One cycle went by, still no pedi, and the chair did not work as described, 2 cycles and no pedi or acknowlegement, 3 cycles and I ask the guy if I was going to get my pedi and another chair. He replied he was full and had no other chairs and that some one would be with me in a few minutes. I told him he should have told me that there was to be a 45 min wait when i walked in, my time means alot to me, i would have gone else where. Now this became a quest. 55 min later my pedi was started, in a chair that did not work, and now my water in my foot bath was cold. The girl kept saying Im sorry, but that just didn't cut it with me. On top of that i had the delux pedi and she did a horrible job, no massage on one leg. I was too angry at this point to say anything. After my pedi the girl ask me to go to her desk, when i looked down there was toe nails and fingernails covering the floor, it was really disgusting, so I put my feet on my shoes. When i went to pay, no disc count was given for faulty equipment or for wasting 55 min. of my life. Needless to say, I will not go back there again. I will go to LAV nails, they have a great pedi, but do horrible nails.
