This is by far the best Asian buffet in the area, and the prices are reasonable.

One of my favorite places!! I have to go here at least once a month!! The food is always hot, fresh and AMAZING, the service outstanding and I always leave stuffed to the gills!! The price is great for what you are getting!! They even have a sushi bar and a fresh wok bar!!

The negative comments below amaze and shock me!! First of all who would go to a SEAFOOD buffet if they don't like seafood...apparently "rockanddrollbot" does. Yes, they have american dishes too, which are pretty good, but if you can't stand the taste or smell of seafood then why are you coming here for pizza...there's an Izzy's across the street. Oh and "rainh" of course it's going to smell like fish...IT'S A SEAFOOD BUFFET!! Also keep in mind this is a Chinese and Japanese restaurant so there are some interesting menu options...all amazing!! Common sense when it comes to buffet dinning...go there during the busy hours (11-2 and 5-7) this insures all the dishes will be full, hot and fresh!!

Food was mediocre and cold. Not an inviting.. First impression- fishy smelling.

While this place had a typical line up of Chinese buffet staples, they were not well maintained. Dishes were left empty and none of them kept warm. Refills on drinks were never offered and more napkins should have been available.

If you like mediocre seafood you may like this place. If you are vegetarian forget it- there will be very little you can eat. If you like chicken, there were three dishes. The price ($15 each) is high for the low quality of the food and the atmosphere. Very disappointing!

Italianmamma. This was a really nice place to go when it first opened, but over the years they have continued to increase the price, while decreasing the quality. I have eaten there for the last time. The food has gotten so awful that even with all those choices it is still hard to find something worth eating. It is basically for people who are either so darn hungry they couldn't drive any further, or just don't care what they eat. And the restaurant does not look well cared for. Another caution you had better make sure there are enough people in there when you go, or they won't hurry to refill any of the items. I guess they figure if there are not a lot of customers who cares if there are only a few choices. Odly enough, they still charge the same amount regardless of how many dishes are available. Do yourself a favor and pass this one up.

Try this - I was very happy I did!. Very good selection and food. My wife and I make a point of stopping in here when we are in town.

I didn't understand how my experience here was so good and the reviews so bad, until I saw that the negative reviews were all from mid 2008 and earlier! Obviously place has improved!

Horrible everything; I am fighting off my sph!ncter just to write this.... The smell of this place is something between a decaying grand-parent and anti-fungal poweder. Somehow, the most disgusting thing I ate was a french fry. But alas, the other selections were mostly disgusting as well. I do not like seafood of any type, but if you are into the kind of seafood that tastes like cr@p, this is your place. Great for families who have good health coverage.

Dear old D.A.D.. Day

After

Di@rrhea

Stay away from this place. I was sick the entire day after. Went here because it was my co-worker's pick for a lunch I owed him. I seriously gagged trying to swallow some of the food. The food could make an appearance on Fear Factor.

Nothing good to say except, I am still alive to write this review.

Just plain gross. When we walked in the whole place smelled like spoiled oil and fish, while that should have been our cue to leave, we stayed and wished we hadn't. There was an impressive selection of chinese, sushi and dim sum but all of it was awful. I really wish we had walked out and gone to HTB in the same strip mall, at least with their buffet you know what you are getting yourself into. If you like Asian cusine don't go to the Buffet Palace.

Good food and service!. Our first time at Buffet Palace and I was very pleased. We had 14 people and we had very good service. The food was very good with a big variety. I will be going back with just my family so I can get a chance to sample all of their food.

Danger with seafood - good idea - poor execution. Terrible food here - frankly both my wife and I were impressed when we saw a buffet with so much seafood for such a cheap price... that was until we noticed the dead oysters, the tasteless crab legs, the greasy fried everything. One good point is the nicely oven cooked sea bass. Don't try the sushi unless you are ready to spend your night in the restrooms. The desserts are awful! The local gas station has better options for cakes than theirs... I don't know how people keep coming to this place. it's a disgrace! The idea is good though, there are a few simple tasty things around but someone needs to take control of this kitchen. Please Gordon, Ramsey-up the place!
