Information and experience are the keys to success, and that's just what owner/personal trainer James provides. Tailoring a work out program that's personal for your goals. I did some physical therapy here and definitely got a lot out of it. The trainer that James paired me with was very careful and obviously knew a lot about what she was doing. They've made really good use of the space they have and it's a great place for a quick, or extended, workout.

i joined whole body fitness in july for the dual purpose of losing weight and strengthening my neck and back after sustaining an injury a few years back. james paired me up with a personal trainer, erin, who has experience working with physical therapy patients with back issues and together we defined some achievable fitness goals i could get excited about. i'm not a huge fan of stationary cardio equipment (i'd much rather be outside where the trees and squirrels are), so the gym's close proximity to laurelhurst park allows me to customize a weight/cardio workout that's perfect for me. the staff is always very welcoming each time i come in and the facilities are always kept tidy and sanitary.
