I purchased a $20 voucher through Groupon, only to find out that they don't let you use groupon vouchers towards sale prices. What a scam! It's ludicrous not to allow you to use your groupon towards sale prices. I wouldn't have purchased the groupon to begin with if I had known I could only purchase full price bouquets with it. What a waste of money.
