This place is horrible!! I have had many wax experiences over the years and this was by far THE WORST! The girl that did my service (I think she is the manager) had no idea what proper technique and discretion is. The wax came off in tiny pieces instead of strips, making it very painful. I kept having to tell her that the wax was too hot and she was leaving it on my skin for too long. I question whether or not she was even qualified to be doing this service! She took off tons of skin, left a lot of hair, and was rude, short and made this the most unpleasant experience. The room was dirty and dusty and smelled like b.o. I WILL NOT BE BACK FOR ANY SERVICE!

Horrible. I purchased a groupon for a massage. This place has 10 tanning beds and 1 massage room. The massage therapist was not experienced. She rubbed the side of my neck (a carotid massage) so many time I thought my heart was going to stop. In addition, she completely missed my quads. I told her I was cold and she did not offer a blanket. The lighting in there was too bright so I couldn't relax. Then someone started hammering in the next room. I will NOT go back there. Can you believe that the regular price for a one hour massage is $79?? It wasn't even worth the $39 I paid on Groupon.

dont go. I went here for laser hair removal with a groupon purchase was going to get two areas done each group on gave three visits ( i purchased two) the technician was great however after when checking out woman at the desk tried to get me to purchase more treatments i explained that i was probably moving out of state and would struggle to get three treatments in, she continued to argue stating that i had just wasted all my money and time if i was not going to purchase more especially as they were offering them at half price i continued to explain my move to the east coast she took my groupon vouchers and threw them on the desk, i left thinking why did i ever purchase the groupon i had travelled 45 minutes to get to the spa, returned today reluctantly for my second treatment to find that the woman whom had been so rude was gonea be doing my treatment, i explained to the other lady I'm not staying and having her treat me I'm leaving, she must have remembered the first incident as apologised and said she would call me with an alternate appointment well I'm still waiting !!!!!!! DONT GO THERE

Great Tanning Beds. This place has the best beds anywhere in Newberg. It is always clean and it seems like they are always adding something new around there. Last week I got a free facial just for being a long time customer!

Great Tanning Salon and Services. I have been a customer here now for about a year then ran across them here on Citysearch! Their tanning beds and package pricing are the best I have found. The store is very upscale and pleasant feeling. (actually all their locations are very nice) I have had spa services done here and have always been pleased with the customer service. Well worth the visit.

Great for Hair. But Terrible for Tanning!. This salon offers tanning and other things. Well, they should drop off the tanning part. The beds were not lamped right. I tanned there 3 times and saw NO color change. I did every other day just like they said with expensive lotion that they said I had to have. Well, $150 latter and still no tan. I am from a very sunny state and have no problem getting tan. Except here. I will not tell anyone to go here for tanning. Maybe a hair cut. But not tanning!
