Very Pleasant Experience

I want to express how pleasant it has been to have my property insured by State Farm. While I tend to dread dealing with service agencies (Byzantine automated phone systems, graceless customer reps, and, oh, the errors), I have enjoyed my encounters with State Farm, particularly with my agent, Pat Healey of Lake Oswego, Ore. His staff is expedient, competent and unfailingly cheerful, even as I changed the terms of my policy several times in one year. I don’t dread opening my insurance bill and I have a growing affection for the holiday address stickers.
